Description of the first seven days of Creation

Chaimatics allows us to understand that the beginning of the Torah gives modern scientific description of the origin of the Universe, the Earth, plants, animals and humans. It helps us to correctly translate the first pages of the Bible from Hebrew to other languages.
Chaimatics makes it possible for us to learn that our World was created by the one God according to the one plan. Rather than just dictating the Torah, God wrote many books of DNA. Many statements in the Five Books of Moses allow direct experimental verification using modern scientific methods.
day one
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
In the beginning...
The first phrase of the Bible informs us that the real world had its beginning. Science that contemplates the infinity of the Universe in time and space is a thing of the past. Today practically not a single scientist doubts that the Beginning existed. Radiation that comes to the Earth from all directions allows us to study the Beginning scientifically. It was believed that the background radiation emerged as a result of the Bing Bang, when the Universe was formed out of nothing, and eroded in the course of its travel through the sky. By today it turned into microwaves.
... God created...
The Universe did not emerge by itself. No backward counting of time back to the moment of the background radiation origin is possible in our controllable world. Such a count would exactly assume that there was no control. This is an error that has been committed by modern science. God was the only one who measured time prior to emergence of man.
... the heavens and the earth.
The original text tells us about exactly the same Earth where we live. Here the original grammar is such that this passage should be translated with the definite article as “the Earth,” and to Russian — as “this Earth.” The Earth belongs to God. It cannot be sold or bought. People shall not designate any borders on the Earth. The only border was marked by God to delineate the area designated for Jewish people, which should serve other peoples and establish peace on the Earth. The State of Israel holds a part of this territory. Today, science believes that the Earth emerged later than the background radiation, and this is a subject of experimental studies in the future.
The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.
The Earth was chaotic, empty and shapeless. A man who saw it in such a state would be astonished.
According to astrophysics, the primary matter consisted of particles with non-zero rest mass. No photons, which are electromagnetic radiation particles with zero rest mass, existed.
Relatively recently it became obvious that the Earth is not the only place where water exists. Looking at the sky at night through a night-vision instrument, one can see that the entire celestial sphere emits light. Iosif Shklovsky understood that this is infrared radiation of water radicals. In contrast to modern science’s belief, the primordial Universe had the “face of the waters.” “Face” is missing from the translation [to Russian].
And God said,
“Let there be light”
and there was light.
Light, which is electromagnetic radiation with very high energy, emerged as a result of control, and His word, in contrast to man’s word or words of modern control system, does what He intends to do: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness.
God observed the results of his control.
God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night.
God gives names to the light and the darkness: the light is “Yom,” and the darkness — “Laila.” People gave most names in all human languages, but God has given these names. These are words of the protolanguage, which have been lost by the majority of humankind who are descendants of the Tower of Babel builders. Linguists can verify this.
So the evening and the morning were the first day.
A day begins with the evening. Electromagnetic radiation travels with the speed of light. Separating from the matter, the light moved away, and the Observer saw the first twilight, which was the evening. Then, “Einstein’s curved space” returned the light back, and the dawn, which is the morning, came.
“…the first day” should be translated as Day One. Time counting has begun, and there was no time before that moment.
day two
Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”
Kant wrote a long time ago: “The water of the firmament mentioned in Moses’ description has already caused the interpreters some effort.” Yet, difficulties with interpreting this passage were relevant to an error of ancient science. “Firmament” is the translation of “Stereoma” (a firm object), the Greek word used by 70 scholars who tried to understand the meaning of the Hebrew word “Raqiya.” The scholars knew Greek science. They believed that the sky is firm because just nails hammered in a firm subject travel together. Therefore, they believed that the celestial sphere is a firm object. That’s how “Raqiya,” a noun derived from the verb “Raqa”, which means “to stretch” or “flatten,” became “Stereoma.”
“Let there be a stretch in the midst of the waters” would be the right translation. It’s interesting that, in the Book of Job, a young scholar asks Job: “With Him, have you spread out the skies, Strong as a cast metal mirror?” And God answered to Job: “Who is this who darkens counsel By words without knowledge?” The physical theory of the primary Bang gives a symmetric Universe where just gravitation existed. Microwave radiation, which comes to the Earth from all directions, gives an experimental proof to this fact. The background radiation is almost uniform and isotropic, while the non-uniformity of today’s Universe is very high. The controlling word of God stretched the Universe on the second day, and now there is a place between any celestial bodies where there is no gravitation, and stretching forces, which “divide water from water,” are applied to a drop of liquid.
Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so.
Celestial stretch divides the waters of the Earth from the waters of the Universe, which glow in infrared over the entire celestial sphere.
And God called the firmament Heaven. So the evening and the morning were the second day.
Sages said: “His day is like a thousand years.” We can try to relate His day to the time of light traveling through the Universe. However, backward counting has no sense in the world where control exists because such counting cannot give us any real knowledge of the past. Only Torah text can give us real knowledge of the past. Let’s try to comment on why God did not say “Good” on the second day. Einstein’s black holes emerged as a result of Universe stretching. Black holes are Hell, the fiery Gehenna. Paradise will come to the Earth when the peoples will gather around the Third Temple, the Home on God’s Mountain in Jerusalem.
day three
Then God said,
“Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear”;
and it was so. And God called the dry land Earth, and the gathering together of the waters He called Seas. And God saw that it was good.
Geophysicists believe that, at first, the entire surface of the Earth was covered with water, while the land and the world ocean emerged later. It is assumed that this is a natural process; however, the land emerged as a result of God’s control. Only the Creator’s texts give us real knowledge of the past.
Then God said,
“Let the earth brought forth [green vegetation], the herb that yields seed, and the fruit tree that yields fruit according to its kind, whose seed is in itself, on the earth";
and it was so.
The grammar of the original text is such that both translations, “Let the earth bring forth green vegetation…” or “Let the earth bring forth vegetation…,” are possible. However, the latter translation is better because some plants are not green.
The plants have been created per the Divine Program of DNA, and each blade of grass has its own text. They grow using chemical elements from soil and air, and energy of light.
And the earth brought forth grass, the herb that yields seed according to its kind, and the tree that yields fruit, whose seed is in itself according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the third day.
Please note: the plants were created on the third day of God’s time, prior to creation of the Sun. Certainly, the plants need light; however, the light was created on Day One. Certainly, this primary light would incinerate plants; however, by the third day of God’s time, it eroded and became a red light. Plants, including blue-green algae found inside silicon, have been consuming red light since then. Geophysicists believe that the age of rocks, which have algae inside them, exceeds four billion years, while some astrophysicists believe that the Sun is younger than two billion years. These statements are based on scientific experiments and can be verified.
day four
Then God said,
“Let there be lights in the firmament of the heavens to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs and seasons, and for days and years; and let them be for lights in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth”;
and it was so.
On the fourth day, God created lights: the Sun in order to feed plants when the primary light eroded into microwave radiation and its energy became insufficient for photosynthesis, and the Moon for portents that He gave to people. Existence of celestial bodies lets people measure time. Prior to that, God was the only one who possessed this measurement process. He used the travel of the primary light over the sky.
Then God made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night. He made the stars also.
God set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness.
And God saw that it was good. So the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
Two great lights, the Sun and the Moon, were finally set on the fourth day of God’s time. The Sun was set so that a man could live on the Earth. If it were slightly further or slightly closer to the Sun, this would make it impossible for man to leave there. There is no doubt that other planets of the solar system are set per a plan. This fact is supported by Kepler’s “Law of Spheres,” which is forgotten today. This law establishes a geometrically correct setup of the orbits of the planets visible to the naked eye. These are six such planets including Earth, and just five convex, regular polyhedra named Platonic solids exist in the three-dimensional [Euclidean] space. Kepler found that the spheres where the planet orbits are great circles and Platonic solids form a beautiful mathematical structure. Inscribing a cube in the Saturn sphere, it is possible to see that the Jupiter sphere can be inscribed in this cube. Inscribing a tetrahedron in the Jupiter sphere, it is possible to see that the Mars sphere can be inscribed in that tetrahedron.
Circumscribing an octahedron around the sphere of Mercury, which is the closest planet to the Sun, it is possible to see that the Venus sphere can be circumscribed around this octahedron. Circumscribing an icosahedron around the Venus sphere, it is possible to see that the Earth sphere can be circumscribed around this icosahedron. Circumscribing a dodecahedron around the Earth sphere, it is possible to see that the Mars sphere can be circumscribed around this dodecahedron.
That’s how the Creator built the beautiful mathematical structure of the five Platonic solids and six spheres of the planets visible to the naked eye. Today, when thousands of artificial satellites orbit the Earth along sensible or completely non-sensible orbits, the Law of Spheres is undeservedly forgotten. The orbits of the Earth and the planets visible to the naked eye are located in practically the same plane. Position of the Moon is also not random. It is located at such a distance that allows it to completely cover the Sun during eclipses. People received portents because full Sun eclipses occurred from time and time, and they were unable to predict them.
day five
Then God said,
“Let the waters abound with [reptiles, living souls], and let birds fly above the earth across the face of the firmament of the heavens.”
Biology describes reptiles as quite certain animals. The word used in the original text means any living creature, which moves and is controlled by the internal purpose of a living creature, and does not move according to the laws of mechanics. “Let the waters move with the movement of living souls…” would be closer to the original text. Here the “living souls” construct shows that such a creature has a soul where the purpose originated. The plants and animals consist of cells, and the molecular text, which resides inside these cells, determines the structure and the behavior of these living beings. An animal, in addition, has a soul.
Also, the original reads “fliers” [rather than “birds”], and this term encompasses all flying living creatures: pterodactyls, birds, butterflies and bats.
So God created great sea creatures and every [reptile], with which the waters abounded, according to their kind, and every [feathered flier] according to its kind. And God saw that it was good.
And God blessed them, saying, "Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let birds multiply on the earth."
The original text reads: “winged [rather than “feathered”] fliers.” Pterodactyls, birds, butterflies and bats have no feathers. Maybe it will be possible soon to demonstrate that an insect has a soul by conducting relatively simple experiments with procreation of drosophila at a space station. I believe that they are incapable of sustained procreation in space. The ability to reproduce the body is insufficient for procreation of a living creature that sees and flies where it needs to. In addition, it shall receive a soul, and the Earth is the repository of souls.
So the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
day six
Then God said,
“Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind: cattle and creeping thing and beast of the earth according to its kind”;
and it was so.
And God made the beast of the earth according to its kind, cattle according to its kind, and everything that creeps on the earth according to its kind.
The primates were also created on the sixth day of God’s time. In contrast to man, all of them received their souls from the Earth.
And God saw that it was good. Then God said,
"Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth."
So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.
All human cells and animal cells are made of the dust of the ground. The difference between man and animals is that the former receives his or her soul directly from God, who breathed into one’s nostrils the breath of life, rather than from the ground. Man is created by God in order to adorn the Earth and converse to God. What does it mean “converse to God”? Everyone has the sense of God but everyone knows about it.
All human senses are built according to one plan. All of them emerge only in the presence of movements. In order to understand that a stone is firm or a pillow is soft, one has to touch them. The reality, such as a stone or a pillow, is necessary for tactile receptors to work. One cannot live with movement of a hand controlled by the mind. Sniffing is necessary, in addition to the presence of smelly molecules, for sensing the smell of roses. The outdated view that the eye works like a photo camera is wrong. As was demonstrated by A. L. Yarbus in his experiments, eyes should move in order to see colors and sense them. All human senses emerge in one’s personal self-consciousness. The brain receives information as codes of electric pulses coming from receptors and actively moving parts of respective organs of the senses. These codes are processed in molecular computers and quantum regulators of the neurons. The laws of the real world are written in the neurons on DNA.
The image obtained is transferred to the personal self-consciousness, which is a human soul. Other more complex senses, such as pain, fear, joy or love, also emerge there. The sense of God is also born in the soul. Probably, each person can experience this wonderful feeling. However, the reality and the movement are very special here. Good consciousness or sincere repentance are objective necessity, and prayer is the required movement. If one always sits in the darkness or one’s eyes are immobile, he or she doesn't know colors. There is no sense of God without good consciousness and prayer. One can pray anywhere. One acquires his or her rights only through meeting responsibilities to God, the family, and the people.
It is understandable that the woman can be made of a man’s rib by removing the Y chromosome and doubling the X chromosome. That’s why a woman can give birth to children. However, there are deeds that just a man is capable of because he has the Y chromosome. And men and women should not be judged by the same laws. Belonging to the people of Israel passes through parental lineage. Cohens have a known genetic trait.
Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."
and God said,
"See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food. Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food".
and it was so.
Scientific experiments are permitted with living creatures but not with humans.
It seems that “...green herb...” is a tautology. The deep meaning is that chlorophyll reflects green light and, consuming the energy of red light, gives food to all land creatures, both herbivores and predators, but not to all water creatures because other sources of energy are available in the depth of the ocean.
And God saw everything that he Had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
day seven
And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done.
Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.
Human’s measurement of time began after that Saturday. 5767 years have passed since then.
This is how I understand today a scientific description of the origin of the Earth, plants, animals and man. I believe that the time came to fulfill Isaiah’s prophecy that peoples will gather around the Mountain of the House of Lord: “They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore.”
Then the peoples will build Paradise on the Earth. The Hell in black holes, and the Paradise — on the Earth.

DNA is the text of a code written for molecular computers of living cells. The notion of “Text” is intrinsically opposite to a random sequence of symbols, and it can exist only inside the system of language. In this case, it is a genetic language, which is isomorphic to a natural language

Computations conducted in a living cell are real physical actions, and free energy and time must be spent for completing them. As all living organisms are comprised of cells, this statement is applicable to any control processes implemented in the biosphere

Molecular computations are limited by the microscopic scale of a cell and inevitable impact of the computations on formulation of a problem begin solved. The Chaimatics grew from the recognition of the computation reality as the quantum mechanics grew from the recognition of the measurement reality.

A cell creates а quantum computing tool for solving complex problems. This tool utilizes hypersound quanta, and uses the cell cytoskeleton as the computing environment. In such a computer, a price of elementary computation converges to the physical limit, which is Planck’s constant
